BigQuery Data Warehouse
Nowadays, nearly all companies have a wide range of systems that generate data in one way or another. In this project, we used Google BigQuery to build a data warehouse. Hereby we can combine data from multiple source such as the OMS (Order Management System), Google Analytics and Google Ads.
Core Components
Google Cloud Platform
Google's Cloud ecosystem contains a large number of cloud-based tools which can be easily connected to each other. In this project, used Cloud Functios to run our Python code and triggered by using Cloud Scheduler.
Fivetran
Looking for a tool that connects to most popular data tools without writing a single line of code? Fivetran does exactly that. Therefore we used it in this project to connect to the most common tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads and Facebook Business.
Google BigQuery
BigQuery is a cloud-based data warehouse that charges you for the resources you use, making it a cost-efficient solution. Technically, it a part of "Google Cloud Platform". However, it deserves a special mention since it's the real hero of this story.
